‘14 — Culinary movement ‘De Insectenbar’
‘De Insectenbar’ inspires the western world to start eating insects. Eating insects is considered one of the solutions for our global food crisis, and by translating the eastern insect cuisine into a western one we broadened the scope of western cuisine. Our approach was to propose a new ingredient for people to enjoy and to cook with, instead of annoying them with the problems of our future food shortage.
